Sharing a room is a beautiful way to connect with like-minded souls and make meaningful friendships. We’ll pair you up with someone of the same sex. The majority of people travel to retreats alone, but you may also choose to join with friends or family. We also offer discounts for groups of friends & Family /couples. A non-refundable deposit of half the total amount is due to book and the 2nd half is due by the 1st of May 2025.

Check in is at 4.30pm on the 30th October and check out is at 10am on the 2nd November.

Meet Your Hosts

Gina will guide our community through Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation. Drawing inspiration from Nature’s wisdom and the ever changing seasons, Gina infuses each practice with joy and playfullness, ensuring each session is as fun as it is mindful.

Georgia is an experienced Sound healer and will lead our community through guided sound journeys and rituals designed to connect you with the energies of transformation and introspection that Spring brings.

Gavin is an experienced Breathwork facilitor and yoga teacher will lead our community through guided meditations and breathwork practices.

What could a typical day on retreat look like? (subject to weather/change)

8-8.30am Morning Breathwork & Meditation

9am-10am Gentle Energising Yoga

10am Brunch

11am-3pm Guided Hike in the Lake District

3pm Cosy Warm Beverages & Cakes

3-4.30pm Free time (Explore/rest)

4.30pm-6pm Yin Yoga & Sound Journey

6.30pm Wholesome Dinner

8pm Gather for Herbal Teas by the fire

Although we would love to see you in all our group sessions, we completely understand if you want to take a bit of extra time off to rest, explore and enjoy our beautiful locations.

Whether you’re at the beginning of your wellness journey or are a seasoned practitioner, we teach in a style that allows you to get what you need from your movement or practice. We offer variations and modifications, and that's one of the most beautiful things about the energy of retreats.
